Monuments of Riverside Park South Walking Tour

New-York Historical and Summer on the Hudson are partnering for an in-person tour through one of New York City’s legendary scenic landmarks. Join us for a guided walk along Riverside Drive that highlights the park’s development as well as its historic monuments.

The tours are focused on either the North or South portions of Riverside Drive; each walk is approximately 1.5 miles long. South Tour begins at the 72nd Street park entrance and proceeds to the West 94th Street Joan of Arc statue. North Tour begins at the 122nd Street General Grant National Memorial and proceeds to the West 100th Street Fireman’s Memorial. Space is limited, so please register in advance. Face masks are required. 


Patrons will be informed by email of tour meeting place following ticket purchase.

Advance purchase is required to guarantee participation. Museum admission not included unless otherwise noted.
