Description:
Brass struck medal with obverse showing clothed bust of Pitt facing three-quarters to the right; surrounding legend: "LIBERTATIS VINDEX/GUL: PITT." Reverse shows hands clasped in front of a sword with cap of Liberty upon its point, with olive branches spinging from sword guard; legend: "BRITANNIA ET AMERICA IUNCTAE."
