This is a view west from Park Row across the park to the two-block front of Broadway between Park Place, at the left, and Warren Street at the right. The United States Post Office at the south end of the park appears at the extreme left, and the Hudson River and New Jersey are in the far distance. Among the business establishments identified by signs are those of Devlin & Co., clothiers, at 258-60 Broadway, at the southwest corner of Warren Street.
