Cream-colored wool trousers from Air Corps summer off-duty uniform; zipper fly with a button at the top; 7 belt loops around the waistband, right side horizontal slit watch pocket beneath waistband; vertical slit pockets at the side seams; 2 rear pockets with flaps that button closed; waistband and pockets lined with white cotton.
This coat is part of a uniform worn by Paul H. Downing when he served in the Air Corps during World War II, as Lieutenant Colonel and Major. He was the commanding officer of the Rochester (New York) Region, Materiel Command.
