Description:
Navy blue wool serge Navy trousers; 2 button horizontal fly, 4 button vertical fly at each hip; vertical slit pockets at the front on each side of the waistband, left pocket zips closed; trousers lace up the back seam.
Gallery Label:
These trousers are part of a uniform worn by H. Maxson Holloway when he served as a Yeoman 2nd Class in the U.S. Navy during World War II. The Society owns several of his wartime uniforms; as a collection, they represent a wide range of different styles of Naval uniforms across the span of the war.
