Blue trousers with 1 3/4" white stripe down the side of each leg; 4 button fly with fabric tab at the top to the left which fastens to a button on the inside of the waistband, 6 buttons around the waistband; right side horizontal slit watch pocket beneath the waistband, vertical slit pockets at the hip behind the stripe, no rear pockets; 2 straps at the back beneath the waistband which fasten at the center on rectangular metal buckle with double-tongued chape; waist and pockets lined with white cotton.
