Description:
Black wool Naval officer's dress trousers with gilt lacing stripe down the side of each leg; 5 button fly has fabric tab at the top left which fastens to an interior button; 6 buttons around the waistline; vertical pockets behind the stripes, right side watch pocket beneath the waistband, horizontal pockets at the rear, 2 straps at the back which buckle at the center on buckle with double-tongue chape; waistband and pockets lined with white silk.
