Olive drab wool Army General's dress trousers with 3 button fly and metal hook and eye at the top; 6 belt loops and 3 buttons around the waistband; horizontal slit watch pocket on the right beneath the waistband, vertical slit pockets at the hips along the side seams; 2 rear pockets with flaps which button closed; legs terminate into puttees which button closed with 8 buttons, thigh and calves reinforced with double fabric; waistband, fly and pockets lined with olive drab twill-weave cotton, 4 buttons at the front of interior waistband; all buttons made of horn.

These dress trousers form part of a uniform collection donated to the Society by Major General Robert Lee Bullard, and were probably worn by Colonel S. Y. Seyburn. The Society also owns to coat which corresponds to these trousers.
