Description:
Pair of black wool trousers (part of Coaching Club uniform); button fly with hidden buttons, black silk ribbon down the side of each leg, suspender buttons around the waistband; 2 straps at the back which buckle at the center beneath the waistband, with rectangular metal buckle with vertical chape and 2 tongues; waistband lined with white satin, seat and pockets lined with white twill weave cotton fabric.

These trousers are part of a formal uniform worn by Harris Fahnestock to Coaching Club dinners. The Society also owns the other pieces to the uniform.
