A black woven silk ribbon with fine silver top and bottom border lines with a flag divided into red and blue diagonal quadrants separated by a white cross above the words "Santo Domingo" in silver. Presently the country is called the Dominican Republic and uses the same flag. One in a series of collectible ribbons featuring Flags and Standards of the World. Given as a collectible premium by cigarette manufacturers, a paper label on the reverse reads "The American Tobacco Co., Inc./ New York".
