Description:
This small oval metal tip tray is green has a lithographed drawing in the center of a hand holding a safety pin surrounded by a floral design and drawings of pin packages. The pin packages read "Clinton Safety Pin", "Sovian Pins", and Damascus Tempered Steel". A symbol near the bottom reads "Oakville Company/ Waterbury Connecticut".
