Description: 
This powder tin has multicolored lithographed picture of a baby and drawings of cherubs in gold, blue and cream. The base reads "Flora Talcum Powder", and gives suggestion for use. The lid has another litho of the baby abd the words "Borated Talcum Powder". On the bottom is a tax stamp for 1/4 cent dated Oct. 19, 1898. Shaker top under lid.
