Description:
Cylindrical metal canister and lid impressed with alternating scenes of Asian women in domestic contexts with landscapes and Japanese-style scrolls as dividers; impressed inscription on base.
Tinned sheet iron tea caddy, round with impressed scenes of Japanese women dressed in kimonos, one pair carrying objects through a pastoral landscape and another pair preparing a meal in a courtyard, separated by banners with abstract characters based on Japanese writing; lid tightly screwed on, with impressed decoration of abstract motifs repeated around edge; inscription on bottom.
