Description:
Porcelain tea bowl with ribbed sides and shaped rim; border consist of blue enamelled dots between blue and gilt bands with secondary border of two intertwined gilt vines; enamelled ornament also includes pseudo arms of New York State; figures of liberty and justice flanking shield with scrolled border surmounted by an eagle.
