This small tape measure was probably a woman's sewing notion. It has a flag with blue and red corners with a few stars, and a eagle with a banner diagonally in the center. This side reads "Souvenir Pan-American Exposition/ Buffalo N.Y. 1901". On the reverse is a drawing of two women in draped in yellow and red cloth that takes the shape of the North and South American continents. The measuring tape is cloth.
