Base of ferrulse has two rows of "\\\\" pattern encircling it. Handle marked "ROWNEY DILLON & ROWNEY."
Description: 
Brown stained wood handle, tapers to end, curves in toward ferrule. Seamed, cylindrical, metal ferrule. White bristles.
