Description: 
One of three silver tablespoons with downturned handles with short, splayed midribs on the undersides and the engraved initials, "KL" in script on the fronts; pointed oval bowls with broad drops and anthemion decoration; maker's marks stamped on the undersides of the handles.

These tablespoons belonged to Katherine Lawrence, daughter of Martha and John Brown Lawrence and the sister of Captain James Lawrence.
