Description:
Sword with straight, evenly tapered blade which is triangular in cross section, with about 9 inches of blade below hilt all all three sides decorated with etched designs on a ground of blue enamel and gilding; steel hilt with nearly circular counter-guard with scalloped and beaded edge, knuckle-bow made in one piece with pas d'ane and straight quillon with disk finial, and grip and conical pommel made separately; knuckle-bow, grip, and pommel with grid-textured surfaces.
