Description: 
Leather, brass, silver, and gilt sword shoulder belt; black leather belt with frog and brass clip near center suspending scabbard sling with end hook that fastens to sling suspended from loop on left side, and cast rectangular brass plate at right end that fastens to hook on left; plate has eagle in center with shield on breast, three arrows in one claw and branch in other claw, and flanked by an applied silver wreath at bottom with a rayed backround, thirteen stars, and applied sliver inscription inside scroll at top; belt and sling exteriors are gilt laced.
