Description: 
Leather and brass sword shoulder belt; white buff leather with two slings for scabbard suspended from brass rings fastened to left side of belt, and rectangular brass plate at right end that fastens to clasp on left; plate has stamped wreath at bottom that flanks eagle in center with shield on breast, branch in one talon and three arrows in other talon, and with rayed background, stars, and inscription inside scroll at top.
