Description:
Wrought silver sugar bowl and cover; inverted pear-shaped body on a low molded circular foot; molded domed cover surmounted by a cast pineapple finial; upper third of the lid later replacement; vertically applied, reeded bezel fitted over the vertically applied, plain rim of the bowl; body and lower half of the lid decorated with repousséd floral sprays alternating with diagonal striations; upper portion of the lid decorated with wheel turned bands; maker's marks on the base (replacement base let in).
