silver souvenir strainer spoon with a windmill handle on a molded pedstal with spinning blades; stem with a cherub mask betwenn foliate scrolls; pierce, heart shaped bowl with foliate scrolls around a vignette of a farm with sheep a farmhouse and the farmer; no maker's marks.
