Description: 
Rectangular wooden spectacles case with hinged lid; box covered with brown embossed paper, simulating leather; inside has optician's paper label inside top and embossed red paper lining bottom. Two rotating "C" shaped hooks secure top closed.

This spectacles case was donated by the daughter of the optician, Benjamin Pike, along with spectacles made by her father.
