Description:
Red silk ribbons with gold trim at top and white stripes at sides; printed in gold "THE/ SOCIETY OF/ COLONIAL WARS/ IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK/ HUDSON-FULTON/ CELEBRATION" (one ribbon also printed with date "1909" at bottom); center seal printed in gold with "SOCIETY OF COLONIAL WARS IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK/ 1607-1775" around edge. Fringed at bottom edge.

These ribbons were made to commemorate the Hudson-Fulton Celebration in New York City. The Celebration occured over a two week period, September 25 to October 9, 1909.
