Description: 
Pair of circular sleeve buttons in case; buttons are gold with blue and white onyx cameo centers on obverse, each depicting a horse's head in bridle, shanks on reverse; case is blue leather with lid hinged to box at the back and metal clasp fastener center front, inside lined with satin and velvet with slots in the box to slide the buttons into.
