Square blue rayon patch embroidered with interlinked white squares; blue felt circle embroidered with black cotton "N.Y."; circular rayon patch with white tanker floating on ocean, with "SHEEPSHEAD BAY" at bottom.
Gallery Label: 
These patches were worn by New York servicemen during World War II. The patch with the white tanker was worn by recruits at the Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn training center. The New York patch was worn by state guardsmen.
