Bronze struck medal with obverse showing head of Washington within thirteen stars, facing right, with surrounding legend: "SESQUICENTENNIAL-INTERNATIONAL-EXPOSITION"; inscription below head, at center: "PHILADELPHIA/1926." Reverse depicts Liberty with torch riding winged Pegasus above clouds.
