Description: 
Mahogany Empire secretary; broken scroll pediment with central turned and carved finial; upper section with double doors each with mullions forming three gothic arches; ormolu scroll and fern mounts at corners of doors; three drawers in line beneath doors; lower case has hinged, folding desktop above long central drawer flanked by small square drawers with identical square drawers beneath; desk raised on four turned and carved legs; drawers have brass knobs with acanthus backplates.
