Molded pearlware saucer with scalloped edge and decorated with pink and white transfer printed image of a rural residence with a house, barn, trees, a cow, and a man with a walking stick in foreground; view surrounded by border pattern of scrolls and flowers and outlined with a thin blue line.
Gallery Label:
This house belonged to Richard Jordan of New Jersey; Richard Jordan (1756-1826) was born in Virginia and moved to New Jersey in 1809; he was a prominent Quaker minister.
