Aluminum struck medal with obverse depicting lighthouse flanked by two ships, whose names are inscribed below exergual line: "H.M.S.VICTORY/1805", at left, and "H.M.S.CAMPERDOWN/1891", at right. Reverse bears inscription enclosed by laurel and oak wreath: "IN/COMMEMORATION/OF THE/ROYAL NAVAL/EXHIBITION/PATRON/H.M. THE QUEEN./1891". Medal is inset into square white cardboard box lined with pink cotton.
