Description: 
Riding whip with long ivory handle with brass cap and collars; ebony shaft studded with ivory, and lash of woven gut over horsehair; brass cap and collars with chased and engraved foliate decoration, ivory handle with carved head of J.H. Garfield, an American eagle, and a monogram.
