Description:
Carved wooden post finial in the form a fire helmet mounted atop a tapered cylindrical stand with domed base, the whole painted dark brown with gold accents; fire helmet frontpiece with raised, gold painted "1" superimposed on crossed hook and ladder at center, with "MORRISANIA" and "1864" inscribed above and below.
