Description:
Striped red, white, and blue woven grosgrain ribbon with inscription vertically printed in gold: "I.D.A./OF/HARLEM"; pierced metal details sewn to top and bottom of ribbon: "EXECUTIVE/1887"; metal pin sewn at top of ribbon back; upper edge of ribbon decorated with gilt metallic thread galloon.
