A white metal plaque with two slots for mounting, possibly to a dashboard or in the rear window of a car, printed with two portraits of Wendell Willkie flanking the words "Win With/ Willkie". Wendell Lewis Willkie (1892-1944) was a Republican candidate for president of the United States, 1940, in an unsuccessful run against FDR.
