Blue transfer printed plate with central image showing the young William Penn; around the image is written "THE PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY OF NEW YORK"; the border of the plate is composed of elaborate scrollwork and five vigettes showing the battlefield of Gettysburg, Valley Forge, Independence Hall, Fort Pitt, and Chew House; on the border, at the foot of the central image is written "THIRD/ ANNUAL/DINNER/DECEMBER/12TH/1901" scalloped edges.
