Description:
A white ceramic commemorative plate with a gold rim around cobalt blue glazed central image of a windmill encircled by laurel branches and the words "History/ Progress", framed by radiating rays the words "Stony Point Centennial/ 1865-1965", above "Centennial Celebration/ May 30th through June 5th; 1965". The reverse has a paragraph descrbing the event and activities planned for the celebration week, including parades, fireworks and the crowning of a parade queen.
