Description:
A cream colored ceramic calendar plate for the year 1909 with a gold scalloped rim around the months in a circle each with a different colored floral, holly, leafy or fruit decorated border encircling a central print of a brick and wood bridge over a snowy stream with a house or mill in the background and a man waiting for another in a flat bottomed pirogue on the stream. Near the bottom in gold "Chas. H. Hunter & Co./ Groceries & Provisions/ 312 & 314 Salem Street/ Medford, Mass."
