Molded whiteware with central joining "R" with trident with anchor and ribbon forming one letter, hand painted grey, pink, red, brown, and black with pink and gold bands on borders edge.
Gallery Label: 
According to the donor, this plate was used by the Rear Admiral William Reynolds on the US Tennessee, 1875-1878. The donor's mother was the niece and adopted daughter of Admiral Reynolds.
