Description:
Porcelain plate with dished brim; border pattern consists of two wide gilded bands with vertical ribs bounded inside by a repeating pattern of stylized gold trees; at the center is a grisaille spread eagle with arrows and laurels and shield with blue enamel and gold stripes; surrounding the eagle's head is a grisaille cloud with fifteen gold stars and a banner with an inscription.
