Description:
Molded pearlware plate with dark blue transfer print of the arms of New York; edge border of banded husks with star at top; wide floral border; central reserve with arms of New York, including figures of liberty and justice, eagle, shield, and banner inscribed "EXCELSIOR"; border around central reserve has plaque inscribed "NEW YORK."
