Description:
A beige pinback button printed with a flag divided horizontally into red, white and red sections, crossed by a white central field with blue borders around a shield and crown crest, marked in black "Modena". Part of a series of pre-World War I flag buttons; many of the flags and region names are no longer current. This button was part of a series of collectible premiums given by tobacco and gum manufacturers.
