Description:
This lapel button features Outcault's Yellow Kid, the first comic strip, holding a tennis racket over one shoulder; his gown is printed with the words "I Will Be De Champeen Nest Year". On the reverse it advertises "High Admiral Cigarette and NY Journal Yellow Kid". A small blue number 44 indicates a series.
