Felt souvenir pennant from the Hudson-Fulton Celebration; blue felt along the hoist with printed medallion portraits of Henry Hudson and Robert Fulton with "HUDSON-FULTON" printed above; orange felt fly inscribed vertically, "1909/ CELEBRATION/ 1609/ 1807;" white silk ribbon hoist.
