Colorless lead glass paperweight in the form of a sphere cut with one circular punty on top and four on the sides atop a pedestal consisting of baluster stem and flat pad foot; internal motif of a pink cross and encircling vine with rocks and grass below.
This paperweight may have been made by Michael Kane of Whitall, Tatum & Company (see "Glass Paperweights of the New-York Historical Society," p. 134).
