Description:
Colorless blown lead glass oil lamp with spherical font with vertical lip applied to trumpet-shaped base with folded-in rim and pontil mark; pewter single wick holder that may not be original to the lamp.

Sometimes refered to by collectors as sparking lamps, these small lamps were probably used as night lights.
