Copper struck medal with obverse bearing the Knights Templar seal consisting of crown and cross, at center; surrounding legend: "TEMPLE COMMANDERY No.2 K.T. ALBANY N.Y./JUNE 17-18 1913//ONE HUNDREDTH ANNUAL CONCLAVE/GRAND COMMANDERY." Reverse depicts rows of marching people surrounded by neo-gothic buildings. Circular loop attached at center top.

The Kinights Templar is a Christian fraternal organization founded in the 11th century. It is part of the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons organization, often referred to as simply "masons." The Knights Templar operate on three levels: national, state, and local. Nationally, there is the Grand Encampment of the Knights Templar that defines 11 rituals and laws governing state and local level organizations called Grand Commandery and Commandery of Kinights Templar, respectively.
