Bronze struck medal with obverse showing central image of Native American and European female figures greeting each other, surrounded by wreath comprised of cornucopias, laurel and oak branches, and American state symbols; legend: "IN HONOR OF THE GUESTS WHO ATTENDED THE DEDICATORY CEREMONIES ON THE OPENING OF THE BULDING OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE." Reverse shows elevation of the Building of the Chamber of Commerce with round seal of the latter below; legend: "TO COMMEMORATE THE OPENING OF THE BUILDING OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK."; inscription below center: "NEW YORK NOV.II.1902."
