Bronze struck medal with obverse showing waist-length portrait of Dutch settler, flanked by dates "1805" and "1905"; beneath is wreath of pine and flowers with logo of New England Society of New York at right; legend above: "IN COMMEMORATION OF THE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE/NEW ENGLAND SOCIETY IN THE CITY OF NEW YORK."
