Description: 
Molded creamware bulbous mug banded around mid section and at rim with light caramel brown slip with three and a half tree like splotches in dark brown; incised fine bands near rim are tinted green; foot handle and interior left white circular cover with knotch is slipped in brown with finial and underside left white.

This type of earthenware is often referred to as 'Mochaware'; the pattern is 'Dendritic'. The cover is not originial to the mug.
