Frances C. Folsom was the daughter of Oscar Folsom, the law partner of Grover Cleveland, and Emma C. (Harmon) Folsom. Miss Folsom married President Cleveland in the Blue Room of the White House on June 2, 1886. This drawing was probably executed during Cleveland's second term.
